We are delighted to announce our ninth release on Jane Musica, ‘Bombay Adelaide’ which is out this month, on June 25th. An enticing EP crafted by Mjane, co-founder of Jane Musica, For this second EP as a solo artist. Mjane is putting herself in the spotlight on her label with on unique track of atypical colour.
‘Bombay Adelaide’, feels like some kind of vivacious ritual with a strong breakbeat and rousing groove that will put you in a trance within seconds of hearing it. The sound is simply captivating, the beat and the percussions take you on a path of conquest, accompanied by a loop of voices that plays until the break and projects the most blissful shamanic ambiance.
The EP will feature a list of remixes done by a few notable underground music heavyweights. Up first is daWad whose remix further enriches the already dominant and enthralling original track, also remixed by Maurice Kaar who takes the reins of the remix for this first curation on Jane Musica, and injects his wonderful musical universe into it. The EP ends on an exhilarating note with Fausto He indulges us in a version that recalls the sounds of the 90’s, particularly the resonances of acid electronic music. .
The entirety of this ninth release is nothing short of sensational. Each track conceals an exceptional sound and style created by an outstanding and esteemed group of artists which we are privileged to have join us on this new journey with our label.
